Shipping policy

At Suds N’ Stuff, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are added at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 4–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal service delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Some smaller items will not have a tracking number, but will be sent via Australia Post.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
